Getting started

Do we need to film anything?

No. We build from assets you already own: your offer, photos, website, existing footage and your services. There is no filming day, nobody to put in front of a lens, and no production schedule to coordinate. If you have existing video footage we can use it. If you do not, we build without it.

What do we need to send you to get started?

A short intake form covering your offer, your target customer and your existing assets. It takes around 15 minutes to complete. We handle everything after that.

How quickly will we receive our first videos?

Most clients receive their first batch within five to seven working days of completing the intake form.

Do we need to be on camera?

No. We build content from your existing assets. If you want to be on camera, we can incorporate that. If you do not, the Reel Spokesperson option means a branded presenter carries your voice without you ever stepping in front of a lens.

How quickly will we see results?

Most clients see their first meaningful enquiries or bookings within two to three weeks of consistent posting. Short form video compounds over time. By month two, most clients have a reliable pipeline of new customers arriving from video alone.

Do you offer guarantees?

We do not make specific revenue guarantees, and we would be suspicious of any agency that does. What we guarantee is that every video is built to drive action, reviewed by a human, and delivered ready to post.

How it works

How does this stay compliant for regulated industries like aesthetics?

All video for regulated industries including aesthetic clinics and medspas is built within ASA guidelines. We do not use filtered before-and-after imagery, we do not make misleading claims, and every piece of content is reviewed before delivery. You can post with confidence.

Who owns the videos?

You do. Every video we deliver belongs to your business. You can use them across any platform, in paid ads, on your website, or anywhere else. There are no ongoing licence fees.

How is this different from hiring a social media manager?

A social media manager manages your channels and posts what you give them. We build the video from scratch, write the hooks, produce the content and deliver it ready to post. We are a production and growth studio. We also track results by bookings and enquiries, not followers.

Can we use the videos for paid advertising?

Yes. The videos we produce can be used as organic posts and as paid ad creative. Some clients find their strongest organic performers also work as ad assets.
